§ 1

(1) This Privacy Policy contains information regarding the principles of processing and protection of personal data of entities using the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) owned by COMPANY ALSANIT SP. Z O.O., located at www.alsanit.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) and the cookie policy.

(2) The administrator of the personal data provided by Users is ALSANIT SP.
Z O.O. based in Trzcianka at ul.Wieleńska 2, 64-980 Trzcianka, NIP: 763-214-68-59, hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”.

(3) The processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the principles set forth in the Act of May 10, 2018. on personal data protection and in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

(4) Acquisition of information about Service Users and their behavior is carried out as follows:

(a) through data voluntarily entered by Users in electronic forms posted on the Website (in so-called sidebars, contact forms and free quote forms),

(b) through the storage of cookies (so-called “cookies”) in the end devices,

(c) by collecting web server logs by the hosting operator.

(5) The Service collects only information voluntarily provided by Users, while the Service may also collect information on connection parameters (time, IP address, browser).6.The Service uses the communication encryption protocol (SSL), the purpose of which is to ensure the highest standards of security.


§ 2

(1) Cookies, also known as “cookies”, are text files saved and stored in the memory of the device used to browse the website (e.g. PC, notebook, tablet, PDA, cell phone).
These files, once stored, are linked to a server or servers gaining appropriate access to them.

(a) session – they remain on the User’s device until the User leaves the website or shuts down the web browser;

(b) permanent – they remain on the user’s device for a specified period of time or until they are manually removed by the user.

§ 3

(1) Information about some of the Users’ behavior is stored on the server side.
This data is used only for the administration of the service and for hosting performance.

(2) Viewed resources are identified by URLs. Other parameters may be recorded, such as the time of arrival of the request and sending of the response, errors encountered, information about the user’s IP address and the browser used by the user. All collected data are not linked to specific people browsing the Website, and their use is only for the purpose of efficient server administration.


§ 4

(1) The processing of the personal data of Service Users referred to in § 1 para. 4 above, shall take place only for the purpose for which this data has been entered by the Service User into the Service with his/her prior consent, including

  1. in order to prepare a quote for the service and send a commercial offer,
  2. for the purpose of handling a request, contacting or responding to a message sent by a Service User;
  3. to fulfill the Administrator’s obligations imposed on it by law,
  4. fulfillment of legitimate purposes (e.g., conducting marketing activities) carried out by the Controller or recipients of the data, which does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

(2) Recipients of personal data of the Service Users are entities cooperating with the Administrator to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in § 4 item. 1 above, as well as entities processing data on our behalf, i.e. entities operating IT systems, entities providing consulting, accounting and legal services.

(3) Pursuant to this Privacy Policy, the Administrator will collect some or all of the data listed below:

  1. name,
  2. the name, address, and tax ID number of the company,
  3. contact phone number,
  4. email address,
  5. IP addresses,
  6. www address of the User’s website,
  7. complementary information, concerning the business conducted by the User.

(4) Access to personal data shall be granted only to persons with authorizations granted by the Administrator.

(5) Based on relevant laws, personal data collected by the Administrator may be made available to the relevant state authorities.

(6) the collected data of Users will be kept only as long as it is permitted for legal and regulatory reasons (including, for example, accounting and bookkeeping) and necessary due to the justified realization of the purposes indicated§ 4 para.(1).

(7) The Administrator shall contact the User by e-mail, telephone, or through another Internet application.

(8) The Administrator shall be responsible for the use of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of data provided by Service Users, in particular to prevent access to them by third parties or their processing in violation of the law, preventing data loss, damage or destruction.

(9) Service Users have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they consider that data processing violates the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016. on the protection of physical persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC.

(10) Users of the Service have the right to access the content of their personal data and the right to rectify them, limit their data processing, the right to data portability, data deletion, the right to object and to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
