High-pressure compact laminate (HPL) is resin-soaked cellulose fibers compressed under high pressure. Its top layer is a decorative covering in a rich palette of colors. HPL boards are waterproof and their properties are the same throughout the board.

Laminated particleboard MFC is wood chips compressed under high temperature and pressure with binding agents. Its top layer is a decorative melamine coating in a wide range of colors. MFC boards are moisture-resistant and the edge of the board must be protected with profiles or veneer.

SANDWICH panels manufactured by ALSANIT are 36 mm thick sandwich panels made of a polystyrene core and 4 mm thick HPL facing on both sides.

When manufacturing PERSEI sanitary cubicles, we can use any type of panels: HPL, MFC, or SANDWICH.
This versatile system is compatible with various types of panels, available in different thicknesses and offering the best technical specifications. Additionally, the aluminum profiles with a subtle line securely fasten and provide rigidity to the structure, resulting in a sense of exceptional lightness in the construction. By default, we have planned a reinforcing profile hidden behind the cabin doors (in HPL construction). However, when manufacturing cubicles from MFC panels, the profile is visible above the doors.
