Warranty
Choosing ALSANIT is a guarantee of reliability and high quality products and services. We hope that their trouble-free, long-term use will confirm the rightness of the decision to choose our company. In addition, all our products are covered by a warranty. However, please note that the removal of the manufacturer’s markings during the warranty period may result in the loss of the warranty.
Warranty period
The warranty on our products is provided for the period established and accepted in the offer, subject to annual service inspections.
Reporting a complaint
The defect should be reported in writing using the form available on our website. In the application, please attach photos or a video showing the problem.
Claims handling
If a complaint is accepted, Alsanit undertakes to immediately remove the defects found. However, in the case of products made of materials imported at the special request of the Customer, the time for processing the complaint may be extended.
Loss of warranty
The customer will forfeit the warranty in situations where the products are improperly maintained, repaired by unauthorized persons, modified, or used contrary to their intended use. Such actions may void the warranty.
