Lead time

Order processing time is from 2 to 14 working days, calculated from the moment the funds are credited to the account

Fulfillment only on business days

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are processed on the first business day.

EXW delivery (Incoterms 2010)

Delivery is based on the Incoterms 2010 – EXW (Ex Works) formula, unless otherwise agreed. The goods are considered to have been delivered and the contract fulfilled when the goods are released from the warehouse.

Personal collection

If the transportation of the products is the responsibility of the Buyer, he is obliged to take delivery of the goods within 5 days from the date of notification by ALSANIT that the goods are ready for delivery.

1. If the order number is missing or incorrect in the title of the bank transfer, the order processing period may be extended.
2. Invoices are issued and sent electronically to the email address provided in the order by the Buyer. Buyer may provide a different email address(es) for sending invoices. In this case, all invoices relating to this and future orders of the Buyer will be sent to the dedicated email address for sending invoices electronically. An electronic invoice shall be deemed received when it is sent by the Seller exclusively from the email address: sprzedaz@alsanit.pl. If the buyer does not wish to receive invoices electronically, he may object within 7 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, in which case the issuer is obliged to provide the contractor with invoices in traditional form.
3. ALSANIT is not responsible for damage to the goods and delays caused by the transport of the delivery made by the carrier. The carrier shall be responsible. The party in the complaint procedure with the carrier is the Orderer of the service.
4. In a situation where the delivery is carried out by a carrier ordered by ALSANIT, the Buyer is obliged to make an initial quantitative and qualitative inspection at the carrier, and in case of shortages or visible damage (packaging), write a damage (claim) report at the carrier.
5. In the event that the delivery is an intra-Community transaction as defined in Article 138 of the Council Directive EU 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax, the Buyer shall, prior to each delivery, notify ALSANIT, in writing, of his identification number for intra-Community transactions, and in the event that ALSANIT does not provide transport of the products, also to declare that the Product will be transported by or on behalf of the Buyer outside the territory of the Republic of Poland to the territory of another EU Member State. In the above situation, ALSANIT is entitled to issue an invoice to the Buyer applying 0% VAT rate. In the event that the above-mentioned documents are not provided by the Buyer in due time or contain erroneous, inaccurate or misleading data, as well as when the Buyer’s VAT number cannot be verified in time with the tax authorities, the delivery shall be considered a domestic delivery, and the value of the subject of the contract shall be increased by the VAT due.
6. In the case of delivery of goods outside the territory of the Republic of Poland to the territory of another member state of the European Union, the Buyer shall provide ALSANIT with documents confirming intra-Community delivery of goods(delivery note hereinafter referred to as WDT) immediately upon delivery of the goods, but no later than on the 20th day from the end of the month in which the delivery was made. If the Buyer fails to provide the WDT documents, ALSANIT shall charge the Buyer with the amount of value added tax at the rate applicable to domestic sales for the delivered goods in effect at the time of delivery.
7. If the tax authorities do not accept the proof of export of goods outside the territory of the Republic of Poland to the territory of another EU Member State, the Buyer will be obliged to provide ALSANIT with additional information and evidence to confirm the above circumstances.
8. The terms and conditions, the value of the subject matter of the contract and the term of performance shall be determined by the offer prepared by ALSANIT on the basis of the inquiry received from the Buyer. The terms and conditions specified in the offer shall be valid for the validity period specified therein.
