• What does the price of WC Cubicles depend on?

  RIP: The price of the cabins depends on the selected material, hardware system and dimensions of the development. After receiving the drawing documentation containing the layout and designed dimensions of the system walls and indicating the system and type of panel, the sales department prepares detailed offers.

• Can you provide the price of the cubicle per m2?

  RIP: No, because the price per m2 is very inaccurate and can work towards both overpricing and underpricing. After obtaining a design with dimensioned buildings, a precise estimate is prepared usually the next day.

• What material to choose for the cubicles?

  RIP: Depending on the conditions in the room. For “dry” rooms, we recommend LPW boards. For rooms with higher humidity, we recommend HPL developments.

• Does the price include delivery?

  RIP: The cost of delivery is always listed separately from the price of the products. We allow the customer to arrange pick-up on his own.

• Does the price include installation?

  RIP: The installation cost is always listed separately from the price of the products. We allow you to assemble on your own.

• Do you provide installation instructions?

  RIP: Yes, installation instructions are supplied with the products. They can also be downloaded online from the ALSANIT website or you can watch an instructional video available in the INSTALLATION tab.

• Are the cubicles available off-the-shelf?

  RIP: We manufacture sanitary cabins to size which requires waiting for production.

• What is the waiting time for production?

  RIP: The standard waiting time for the production of cabins is 14 days, although seasonally and especially in July and August it may be extended.

• Will the dimensions from the documentation suffice for production?

  RIP: For the production of cabins, the dimensions of the rooms are required from nature, that is, the exact dimensions taken from the installation site after the top finish layer of the walls has been laid.

• Do you have the necessary approvals?

  RIP: ALSANIT is one of the few companies with a CE certificate allowing the cabins to be marketed throughout the EU. All necessary approvals and certificates are available for download on the ALSANIT website.

• How to order?

  RIP: Acceptance of the offer by the Buyer is made only by submitting the order in writing. E-mail is also considered to be a written form. Each time ALSANIT sends back a written confirmation of acceptance of the order for execution.

• How is delivery done?

  RIP: Delivery of the contract subject is based on the Incoterms 2010 formula – EXW (Ex Works). No less we work exclusively on the basis of door-to-door delivery – no transshipments.

• What does the price of lockers depend on?

  RIP: The price of the locker depends on the chosen material, equipment and dimensions, but the range we offer allows a wide choice in each price range.

• Does the price include a lock for the lockers?

  RIP: Mostly the locks on the bid are given as separate items due to the fact that there are very many options to choose from.

• Does the price include the closet equipment?

  RIP: On the offer, the equipment is described in detail, while the standard includes the basic elements. Due to the large number of additional options, it is the customer who chooses how to adjust the interior of the cabinet to best meet his needs.

• What material to choose for cabinets?

  RIP: If the cabinets are to have a high resistance to damage or will be used in an environment with high humidity, we recommend cabinets made of HPL. For cabinets used in dry areas, LPW cabinets are ideal. For customers who are carrying out large projects or expect the future will be useful to modify cabinets, we recommend modular cabinets with metal bodies.

• Does the price include delivery?

  RIP: The cost of delivery is always listed separately from the price of the products. We allow the customer to arrange pick-up on his own.

• Does the price include installation?

  RIP: Cabinets are delivered as bolted furniture, and it remains on the part of the customer to spread them in the place of use, level and bolt them together and install the locks. The cost of spreading and leveling made by ALSANIT is always quoted separately from the price of the products. We allow the possibility of installation on our own.

• Are the cabinets available off-the-shelf?

  RIP: Cabinets with metal bodies, depending on the equipment, may be available off-the-shelf, but it is always necessary to consult with the vendor. Cabinets with HPL and LPW are manufactured according to individual guidelines.

• What is the waiting time for delivery?

  RIP: The standard lead time is 4-5 weeks. The lead time depends on the size of the project, the equipment of the cabinets and whether there are custom requirements and the exact lead time for the project is always given on the quotation.

• Will the dimensions from the documentation suffice for production?

  RIP: Depending on the specifications and layout of the room, the dimensions from the documentation may be sufficient, but, for example, if the cabinets are located in the niche then the production requires the dimensions of the room from nature – that is, after laying the top finishing layer.
