ALSANIT – experience backed by realizations

We are very familiar with the product of toilet cubicles and know how to meet the expectations of each customer.

The assortment of our company includes sanitary cabins made of durable and damage-resistant materials: laminated particleboard (LPW board), high-pressure laminate (HPL), sandwich panels (SANDWICH) and high-quality aluminum or steel hardware. WC system walls meet the conditions of the construction law, while ensuring users full comfort and privacy when using a public restroom.

Based on our many years of experience, toilet and sanitary cabins have been divided into systems based on the type of hardware used and the purpose of the cabins. It is up to the customer to decide whether to choose HPL, LPW or other material for the gishet walls. What’s more, all the fittings we offer are designed by ALSANIT and are manufactured in our factory.

Due to the wide range of materials and our experience, ALSANIT sanitary cabins have been delivered to many thousands of facilities such as schools, hotels, offices, sports facilities and workplaces.

Production of toilet cabins based on the highest standards

Our system walls have CE certification, which allows their use in construction throughout the European Union. Delivery of all our toilet cubicle systems is carried out without transshipment, door-to-door, and for the duration of transport the products are properly sealed and labeled so that they are not damaged.

What is the best material for toilet cubicles?

The toilet cabins designed by ALSANIT are made of durable materials, which are moreover resistant to mechanical damage, easy to clean, and do not lose their color.

At ALSANIT, we make sanitary cabins primarily from materials such as HPL, MFC, sandwich panels and even glass.

• HPL – system walls made of high pressure laminate, or HPL(High Pressure Laminate) are so resistant because they are produced from cellulose fibers soaked in resin. The whole thing is compressed under very high pressure, which gives HPL toilet cabins a very high resistance to mechanical damage and moisture. In addition, HPL sanitary cabins are made with SANITISED technology, which blocks the multiplication of bacteria and microorganisms.
• MFC – laminated particleboard is made from wood chips and subjected to high-temperature and high-pressure pressing with binding agents, so they are characterized by durability. MFC boards, for making toilet cubicles, are coated with melamine, thanks to which system walls and doors are available in a very wide range of decors. Due to the widespread availability of the boards, toilet cabins made of MFC, can be made very elegant and inexpensive arrangements.
• Sandwich – sandwich construction boards are made of different layers. We offer two types of sandwich boards. The first type has a top facing of 4 mm HPL and a core of polyurethane foam, while the structure is made of aluminum profiles – a very durable and fully waterproof solution. The second type consists of a top layer made of thin 0.8 mm HPL laminate, has a particle board core and edges made of solid beech wood-this is a very prestigious and visually attractive solution. Both types have a virtually invisible construction, hidden profiles can create a shadow joint.
• Glass – for the production of cabins we also use two-layer tempered glass, which, thanks to the lamination process, can be made in any color from the RAL palette. Glass cabins are waterproof and guarantee the highest quality.

ALSANIT, when making sanitary cabins, cares not only about the provisions of the construction law or the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure, but also about the aesthetics of the cabins made, which we adapt to the destination. In addition, we care about the finish and overall functionality, so we use steel or aluminum fittings, which are manufactured in our factory. The height of the sanitary facilities provides full comfort and privacy when using the toilet.

Dimensions of sanitary cabins

Public toilets for schools, kindergartens, other educational and cultural institutions, sports facilities, gyms, hotels, offices, medical centers, shopping centers or businesses must meet certain requirements. They are further described in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of April 12, 2002 on the technical conditions to which buildings and their location should conform. We rely on this legal provision and our many years of experience, so we design toilet cubicles that comply with the various restrictions, but are also visually adapted to the place. However, the customer has the opportunity to personalize the design, and modify the dimensions.

We make cabins to size – taking into account the size of the room, its location and purpose (cabins for kindergartens and others for medical centers will be different).

For this reason, we have divided our proposed systems into different types of toilet cubicles – also in terms of their purpose. We do not only rely on the Ministerial Decree or other health and safety regulations when carrying out projects. Our systems are approved and CE certified, which allows our system cabins to be used throughout the European Union.

ALSANIT offers several main systems for the construction of sanitary cabins, which primarily differ in the hardware and design used. ALSANIT manufactures toilet cabins in systems:

In many systems, we can make cabins to the full height of the room – this solution is called ALTUS and stands for floor-to-ceiling sanitary cabins.

Another possible type of design is LIFT cabins – giving the effect of hanging cabins. This effect is achieved by making a cabin with a retracted leg and a bracing beam retracted into the development. For cabins made of panels of 28 mm and more thickness, we can make a shadow joint – that is, a C profile hidden in the panel.

Measurement of sanitary cabins before production

Before starting production, first go to the site to take all measurements to determine the exact dimensions of the gishet walls.

Measurement can be performed both by ALSANIT team, while most often measurements are taken directly by customers. It is important to take measurements after all finishing work is completed.

We would like to remind you that according to the Minister’s Decree, cubicles in public toilets should be a minimum of 1.5 meters in length by 1 meter in width, and in public places at least one toilet cubicle should be adapted to the needs of a disabled person.

Installation of system cabins

Installation of sanitary cabins can be carried out by ALSANIT or by the customer himself on the basis of the included installation instructions. Our instructions will guide you step by step so that the installation of the cabins goes smoothly. However, ALSANIT also has installation teams in each province, so we can perform a comprehensive service of production, delivery and installation of toilet cabins at the destination.
