Readiness for installation
Readiness means cleaning up and finishing the floor and walls at the installation site. Based on the declaration of readiness of the premises, the date of installation is determined.
Condition of the premises
Responsibility for the proper preparation of the premises rests with the Buyer. Defectively prepared rooms for installation are considered unevenness, faults or gaps.
Full height installation
Repair of damage to walls or tiles after installation of products to full height, caused by inequalities between the product and poorly prepared rooms is the responsibility of the customer.
Acceptance of installation work
Upon completion of the installation, the Buyer is obliged to make a final acceptance. Any discrepancies, defects or faults must be reported in writing at the designated place of the protocol.
